How does this work, anyway?
The map we build together starts with what you already know: your read of the organization, your sense of what’s being asked of you, and your honest account of where you feel lost. From there, we develop the frameworks and language to make sense of what’s actually happening, so that what felt like fog starts to resolve into terrain you can navigate.
I work best with engineering leaders who are in the biggest role of their careers so far: people who are technically capable and genuinely motivated, but who find themselves navigating scope and organizational complexity they haven’t encountered before.
The second-guessing, the isolation, the sense that you should have already figured this out: those are exactly the signs I look for, not because they indicate something wrong with who you are, but because they indicate the kind of challenge that coaching is built to address.
